It's a lot more expensive than most outlets, particularly online, but I used them because I like to support local businesses where I can. When my freezer broke down after 20 months they were so difficult to deal with, arguing with me about my rights under the Supply of Goods and Services Act, which I'm pretty familiar with. It was stressful and ultimately unsuccessful for them. I won't be using them again, nor would I recommend this firm.
