They didn't have EE SIM card but they did say the phone is UNLOCKED and I can buy any SIM card at the post office next door. I bought a network 3 SIM card and £20 top up. When I inserted it the phone didn't accept it. I went back to EE saying there must be something wrong with the phone. But they say the phone is fine its just a network problems. So I bought an orange SIM and it didn't work(what a surprise ..)came back again and being advised to wait few days for a better network signal! I thought that's it. I was really fed up and didn't have a time to listen all the excuses. When I wanted to return this phone they said the back lid is scratched and they cannot accept it!! I paid £60 for the phone and £20 for top up I couldn't have used plus each SIM costed me £1. They must have profit on every sold item this is why they lied to me about the phone. What a desperation!!!! They will sell u anything with a charming smile on their faces! Shame on you!
